The Diamond Head Ambassador is a unique property on the Gold Coast.  It seems to stick in a lot of people's heads due to the unique architecture of the building.  It has an asian "flare" or feel to it.  As mentioned above, it is a co-op.  It was also leasehold for a very long period until the association bought the remaining land somewhat recently.  I acually own a unit here on the 5th floor.  What makes the 5th floor nice is it was originally supposed to be the penthouse level and the ceilings are a over a foot higher than the lower floors.  Here are some additional photos from our unit:
