Nauru Tower was the first of several luxury condos built in the Ala Moana/Kakaako area in 1990. It still has one of the best locations/views of any newer building.  he money for construction actually came from the island nation of Nauru. The same developer that built Nauru also built Hawaiki Tower. Some of my favorite units are the '04 and '05 stacks in the middle of the building. They all have their pros and cons however, it just depends what the buyer is looking for.
